Services

How do we help with fitness, team building and health? Simple, we offer boxing, kickboxing and strength training at two state of the art facilities. All of our trainers are experienced having fought at the highest levels and will design a customised session for your group. Before every program we send out a pre-session survey to help us understand the fitness levels, training experience and injuries of the participants. Each session can be as long or short as you choose.

Boxing

Our boxing classes will get you fitter, stronger and burning fat by focusing on boxing technique through pad work, bag work, footwork, as well as core strength exercises. The sessions can include light sparring, distance and timing exercises depending on the experience and progression of the group.

Kickboxing

Our kickboxing sessions focus on eight striking points (hands, feet, knees and elbows) to get a full body work out. The sessions include exercises to teach range, distance, timing and accuracy combined with footwork.

Strength Training

Strength and conditioning sessions focuses on major muscle movements, cardiovascular fitness and conditioning. We teach you the correct technique first, then work you through a challenging circuit that gives you a full body workout.
